Ault Markets has opened live, invitation-only access to a decentralized exchange operating in beta on the Ault Blockchain, according to an announcement from parent company Hyperscale Data. The company said participants can request an invitation and receive updates as the platform develops. Hyperscale Data announced the exchange access.

The exchange is the first platform described in the announcement as live after Hyperscale Data had previously said it planned to develop the service. Ault Markets, Inc. created the software that provides access to the exchange, which launched natively on the Ault Blockchain. The company said the exchange is operating in beta, so access remains limited to invited participants.

Live Access Remains Invitation Only

Hyperscale Data said interested participants can visit the Ault Markets website to request an invitation and join a list for updates about new assets and platform developments. The announcement did not provide a public opening date or a timetable for ending the invitation-only period.

Hyperscale Data described the exchange as following the model of other decentralized exchanges. It said listing decisions and trading are not controlled by a centralized entity. The release did not describe how the beta handles specific trading functions or identify the assets currently available, so those details remain unstated.

The company said the launch follows previously announced plans to develop the exchange and expand its blockchain-based financial technology offerings. That earlier planning is now followed by live beta access, while participation is still limited. The transition from planned development to an operating beta is the main change in the announcement.

Tokenized Metals Are Planned Additions

Hyperscale Data said it plans to substantially expand the range of assets available on Ault Markets and tradeable on the exchange. Planned additions include tokenized silver, tokenized gold and tokenized platinum. The company said future announcements will provide details as those products progress toward launch.

The release does not say that the three metals are available now. It presents them as planned additions, with further information expected later. The distinction matters because the exchange is live in beta, but the named assets remain part of the company’s stated plans.

The project connects to a broader area of crypto coverage involving assets represented through blockchain systems, including financial assets on Avalanche and blockchain finance adoption. Those reports provide industry context; they do not describe Ault Markets or establish details about its planned products.

Milton “Todd” Ault III, Hyperscale Data’s executive chairman, said the company had shared progress on the platform through press releases over the past year and a half. He said the platform was now live and credited the company’s team and core contributors with reaching that milestone.

Ault also said the company believes tokenization could become an important financial-market development over the next 10 years, with potential to change how people access, own and trade assets. That is the executive’s view, not a reported outcome. The company said it will continue updating stockholders and interested participants as the invitation-only rollout advances and additional assets are introduced.
